Over the last few years God has been speaking into some key issues in my life. He taught me and changed me in areas I had previously experienced pain and difficulty, but I felt like something was still holding me back. In the Sozo prayer session, I feel God has completed the work He had begun in me in those areas, things I was “working” to do differently now flow smoothly, burdens I didn’t realise I was still carrying are now lifted. I feel lighter. It’s been a few months now and I know that the effect is lasting. It wasn’t a momentary blessing but a real change in my spirit.

I have had lots of prayer before, as I have had a very painful past. I continued to feel stuck and thought I would never feel “normal” again (whatever normal is).
I had three Sozo sessions and in each one I felt chains being broken, heavy burdens lifted and began to feel joy, both during and after my Sozo session. I have never felt so “released” and “light”.
